Kriti's' doctoral research focuses on understanding the epidemiology of superficial fungal infections and their interactions with the skin microbiome under varying seasonal conditions. By integrating conventional microbiological techniques with advanced molecular and genomic approaches, the study seeks to enhance our understanding of superficial fungal infections and their clinical significance. The research aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of fungal infections and support the development of improved approaches for diagnosis, treatment, and disease management.
