Dr. Ankita has finished her PhD in plant-microbe interaction. Excessive use of agrochemicals has destroyed the structure and functions of soil microbial communities and leads to soil and water pollution. It also disturbed biogeochemical cycling of materials and hampered ecosystem services. She is interested in formulation of microbial based bioinoculants for sustainable agriculture. She also has a keen interest to develop soilless farming with formulation that mitigate greenhouse gas emission with simultaneous increase in crop health.
